Process with correcting and streamlining things is slow but steady.
I am currently working on the Federated Suns’ section of the UCC and have already finished all the rest of the factions except for the Free Worlds League, the Lyran Alliance and the big chunk of Mercenaries.
That said, I have discovered numerous errors on my behalf, thinking that when there was no insignia or information visible on either Sarna.net or Camospecs, that there is no insignia at all. In a number of cases I have been wrong. In my defense I can only say that I do not own any Field Manuals.
The Capellan Conferderation Section has been corrected thoroughly, using the only Field Manual available to me at the moment. However, Flamestalker already provided me with the information needed about the Free Worlds League which will come in handy when tackling that section. I will continue to strive and get all the remaining infos on the other factions successively.
I like to have the UCC filled with as much “official” information as possible, making it a reliable source for you to look up BattleTech paint schemes and insignia. Having mentioned that, not everything was wrong and there’s still a “big white space” when it comes to paint schemes and insignia for a lot of units.
Addtionally, I was able to hash out little bits of interesting informations here and there for you to discover while browsing through the site.
Lastly, one other important thing happened this month and that is that I was able to finish the template the Ostroc BattleMech. Bradigus, the artist creating this beautiful piece of redesign, has worked his magic and achieved a continued “look and feel” in accordance with Alex “flyingdebris” Iglesias’ designs.

C) CROSS-CHECKING If you want to help making the UCC more accurate you can do so by helping on checking facts.
